Creamy White Wine Creole Macaroni



A Creole-inspired macaroni loaded with White Wine Creole Sauce, onion and chicken for a filling dinner option.

1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 lb. Chicken breast, sliced thin
1 Onion, sliced
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm White Wine Creole Sauce
1/2 cup Cream
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
2 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 lb. Macaroni



Prepare macaroni according to directions on box. Meanwhile, heat olive oil on medium-high heat in a large nonstick skillet. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté onion and chicken until chicken is cooked through, about 7 - 10 minutes. Whisk the cream and flour together, add to skillet along with the White Wine Creole Sauce. Bring to a simmer and hold for a minute. Add macaroni and toss to coat.
