Onion Blossom Grilled Salmon

Try our delicious Grilled Salmon topped with Onion Blossom Horseradish Spread!
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip
4 (6 oz.) Salmon filets, about 1-inch thick
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1/2 tsp. Coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
Coat salmon filets with olive oil and season with coriander, salt and pepper.
Grill salmon over a medium-high fire until lightly charred, and just cooked, about 4 minutes on each side.
Take cooked salmon off grill and finish with Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip and serve with your favorite side dish.
Optional: Pair salmon with grilled vegetables, a small spring salad, or roasted red potatoes!
