I ordered more for gifts because I was eating and sharing what I had already purchased. My favorite way to eat it is either goat cheese on cracker with a thin slice of pear and the smokey fig and roasted garlic on that OR the fig/garlic spread on soft homemade bread with soft crust. Sometimes with goat cheese too. LOVE IT!!

We use this on grilled salmon. It's lovely paired with blue and gorgonzola cheeses too! Not too thick or thin either
