PINEAPPLE AND HABANERO SLOW COOKER PULLED PORK
Incredibly tangy, sweet and spicy pulled pork sandwiches that are great for parties, tailgating and weeknight dinners.

Servings: 8 sandwiches
3 lb. Pork roast
4 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip or Sauce, divided
1 cup Barbecue sauce
Red pepper and pineapple slices, to garnish
In the insert of a slow cooker, add pork roast and top with 2 cups Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip or Sauce. Cook for 8 - 10 hours on low or until cooked through. Using two forks, shred pork into bite size pieces. In small saucepan over low heat, stir together remaining two cups of Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip or Sauce and barbecue sauce until heated through. Serve pulled pork on toasted sandwich buns with slices of red pepper and pineapple.
