Red Pepper & Onion Pasta Salad
Our Roasted Red Pepper & Onion creates the perfect sauce for this Italian pasta salad. Make it for your next cook out or serve as a side dish alongside your favorite grilled meat.
6 oz. Tri-color rotini pasta
2 oz. Salami, sliced
1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Sauce
1/2 Green pepper, diced
1/2 small Red onion
2 oz. Black olives, sliced
1/2 cup Mozzarella
Cook pasta according to directions on package.
Drain and allow to cool.
Toss together all remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
