Prepare this savory sweet fig and strawberry tart for your next party or get-together!
1 Pie Crust, pre-packaged
12 oz. Goat Cheese
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
3 Egg Yolks
1-2 Tbsp. All-Purpose Rub Seasoning
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Smoky Fig & Roasted Garlic Spread
1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
2 Tbsp. Butter
Pre-bake pie crust in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes; cool. Reset oven to 375°F. In a mixing bowl mix goat cheese & cream; add egg yolks one at a time. Add in Adams Rub and 1/2 cup of Smoky Fig & Roasted Garlic Spread. Pour into piecrust and bake for 25 –30 minutes, or until mixture is set. In a medium skillet on medium heat, sauté the strawberries in butter for 5 minutes; add in remaining Smoky Fig & Roasted Garlic Spread and bring to a simmer: simmer 2 minutes. Pour strawberry mixture over baked tart and serve.
