Stuffed French Toast is a great idea for breakfast or brunch. With sweet raspberry chocolate cheesecake filling, this buttery french toast is too good to resist!

3 Eggs

1 cup Heavy cream or milk

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

2 tsp. Cinnamon

1 tsp. Salt

1 pkg. Cream cheese, softened

1 Tbsp. Lemon zest

1/4 cup Confectioners sugar

4 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Chocolate Dessert Topping

1 cup Fresh raspberries

12 slices Favorite bread

3 Tbsp. Butter

In a shallow pan, mix together the egg, cream or milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, lemon zest, sugar and Raspberry Chocolate Dessert Topping until smooth. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese mixture onto 1 side of each slice of bread. Top the cream cheese on one slice with a few fresh raspberries. Make sandwich with other slice, the cream side on the inside. Dip the sandwich into the egg mixture flipping to coat and soak both sides. Heat butter in frying pan. Add sandwich and brown on both sides until cooked well. Serve with warm maple syrup or a raspberry sauce. Sprinkle french toast with confectioners sugar if desired.
