Total Servings: 4 Servings
- 1 (12-in.) Homemade or pre-made pizza crust,
- 3/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Hatch Chile Jalapeño Jam,
- 1 cup Chicken (pre-cooked), chopped,
- 1/4 cup Bacon, precooked, chopped,
- 2 Tbsp. Green onion,
- 2 cups Sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded,
- 1/4 cup Corn
Preheat oven or grill to 450 degrees F. Top the crust with Hatch Chile Jalapeño Jam. Top evenly with chicken, bacon, corn, green onions and cheese. Bake for 5 - 7 minutes. Allow pizza to rest 5 minutes before serving.
