Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Stir-Fry

A sweet and spicy chicken and vegetable stir fry that makes a easy and tasty dinner idea on busy weeknights.
1/4 cup Scallions
1 Yellow bell pepper
1 Red bell pepper
1 cup Cooked chicken
1/2 medium Zucchini
1/2 medium Yellow squash
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Sauce
Sauté all vegetables, add chicken.
Pour in 1 jar of Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Sauce and simmer 2 - 5 minutes (until Chicken is cooked through).
Serve over rice.
