Raspberry Honey Mustard Chicken Wings

2 – 3 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Honey Mustard
2 Tbsp. Dry sherry
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Minced garlic
1 1/2 lbs. Chicken drumettes and/or wings 

Mix Raspberry Honey Mustard, sherry, lemon juice, and garlic. Add chicken, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or over night. Lift chicken from marinade, reserving the marinade. Place on a greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of coals. Cook, turning occasionally and brushing with marinade, until meat near the bone is no longer pink when cut (about 12 minutes). This can also be accomplished in the oven, bake at 375 degrees F for about 20 to 30 minutes, turning and coating as above.
