Raspberry Amaretto Preserves adds just the right amount of sweetness to balance the tangy dijon mustard in this grilled ham and cheese sandwich.

Ingredients8 slices Bread
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Raspberry Amaretto Preserves
1/8 cup Dijon mustard
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 oz. Ham, thinly sliced
Butter one side of each slice of bread. On the other side of 4 slices, spread 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons Raspberry Amaretto Preserves. On the remaining 4 slices, spread about 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Top the preserves and Dijon with 1 slice of Swiss cheese.
Fill each sandwich with about 2 oz. sliced ham, and grill in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until toasted and browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
