Ramen Noodle Salad

Make this veggie loaded, crunchy salad with sweet chili dressing for get-togethers, pot lucks, and cook outs. For a quick and easy dinner idea pair with shrimp or chicken for a complete meal that's ready in no time.
1 (16 oz.) bag Coleslaw mix
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Ramen noodles, crumbled (you will not use the seasoning packet)
1 cup Edamame, shelled and cooked
1/2 cup Slivered almonds
1/2 cup Green onions, thinly sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper, Cored and Diced
1 bottle Robert Rothschild Farm Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
Spread ramen noodles and almonds on a baking sheet, and toast in 425 degrees F oven for about 5 minutes. Watch closely to ensure there is no burning.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
