Ingredients8 oz. Mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup Natural peanut butter
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Chocolate Caramel & Sea Salt Dessert Topping
2 – 4 Tbsp. Powdered sugar, sifted
45 Mini Fillo Shells
1/4 cup Peanuts, chopped
InstructionsBlend mascarpone cheese with natural peanut butter until smooth. Add just enough sifted powdered sugar to sweeten. Make a stripe of chocolate dessert topping inside a pastry bag fitted with a tip. Carefully fill pastry bag with mascarpone mixture, trying not to smear the chocolate stripe. Fill mini fillo shells. Garnish with chopped peanuts and a drizzle of your favorite dessert topping.
