Meatloaf with Balsamic Caramelized Onions

A simple and delicious meatloaf recipe using our Balsamic Caramelized Onion Spread creating a savory onion meatloaf topped with ketchup. Use any leftovers for meatloaf sandwiches- everyone's favorite!
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. Beef, ground
2 Eggs, beaten
1 cup Breadcrumbs

1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Balsamic Caramelized Onion Spread
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients and form into a loaf.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
