A simple appetizer that is perfect for entertaining and also a lovely spread for bagels and English muffins.

Ingredients
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened (reduced fat or Neufchatel may also be used)

1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Peach Preserves
Directions
Form cream cheese in a log shape on serving platter.
Pour Hot Pepper Peach Preserves over cream cheese.
Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
