Dirty Martini Deviled Eggs

6 Eggs, hard-boiled
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Dirty Martini Dip
Salt and pepper to taste

Optional:

Green olive halves

 

Cut eggs in half lengthwise and separate yolks from whites. Reserve egg white shells. Place egg yolks in a mixing bowl and break up with a fork. In another bowl combine the mayonnaise and the Dirty Martini Dip. Mix thoroughly and combine with the egg yolks. Taste for salt and pepper. Mound egg yolk mixture in each of the egg white halves. Top with half a green olive if desired.
