Chop House Steak & Tomato Salad


This amazing salad features sirloin steak, tomato, mozzarella and our Chop House Steak Sauce.



1 Top sirloin steak
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
6-8 slices Fresh tomato
6-8 slices Fresh mozzarella
Robert Rothschild Farm Chop House Steak Sauce



Brush steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on both sides for 3-4 minutes and then finish in a 375 degrees F oven until desired doneness (recommend medium rare). Remove from oven and allow to rest for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, season the tomatoes with salt and pepper.

To assemble, place a slice of mozzarella at end of a serving tray, top with a slice of tomato and then a slice of steak. Repeat for 6-8 slices.

Finally, drizzle Chop House Steak Sauce over top.
