Cherry Pomegranate Stuffing
A simple flavorful stuffing that is wonderful during the holidays. Also, makes a great filling for stuffed chicken breasts or pork chops.
4 cups Bread crumbs, dried
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Cherry Pomegranate Habanero Sauce
1/2 cup Chicken broth
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 tsp. Sage
Dried cherries, if desired
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease baking pan.
Combine bread crumbs, chicken broth and Cherry Pomegranate Habanero Sauce and set aside to marinate.
Sauté onions and celery.
Add to bread crumb mixture and stir in sage.
Pour into baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
Garnish with dried cherries if desired.
