Balsamic Caramelized Onion Spread pairs with prosciutto and cantaloupe for a sweet and savory crostini topping.
1 French baguette
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Balsamic Caramelized Onion Spread
8 oz. Prosciutto, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Cantaloupe, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Slice baguette on the diagonal and place on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted. Top each baguette slice with 1 tablespoon of Balsamic Caramelized Onion Spread. Add a piece of folded prosciutto and a small sliver of cantaloupe. Sprinkle each baguette slice with 1 teaspoon chopped parsley.
