Anna Mae’s Green Beans

1 Tbsp.            Olive oil
2 Tbsp.            Robert Rothschild Farm Anna Mae's Smoky Mustard
1 lb.                 Green beans, thin, tender and trimmed
                        Salt and freshly ground pepper

 

In a small bowl stir together the olive oil and Anna Mae's Smoky Mustard. Reserve. Cook beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Return the green beans to the pan and fold in the mustard/oil mixture. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
