A tasty chicken salad containing celery, pineapple, chicken, onions and Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce.

3 1/2 cups Chicken, diced or shredded
1 cup Celery, chopped
1/2 cup Pineapple
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1 3/4 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce
1/4 tsp. Salt
Combine all ingredients, mix well and chill. Serve on a croissant or warm pita bread. Garnish with an orange slice and either feta cheese or chopped walnuts.
