RASPBERRY PINEAPPLE SALMON

Ingredients4 (6 oz.) Salmon fillets
1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Pineapple Sauce
Salt and pepper
Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels. Season each fillet with salt and pepper. Place fish on foil lined shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered in a preheated 450 degrees F oven for 4 - 6 minutes per 1/2-inch thickness of fillet, or until fish begins to flake easily with a fork. Remove from oven and top each fillet with 1/4 cup sauce.
