Ripe raspberries get a jolt when blended with crushed red chili peppers and the pure flavor of cane sugar.

Use it to glaze almonds or whip into cream cheese for a quick family friendly appetizer. Perfect dressed on a slice of cold smoked mozzarella or Havarti.

How we use it:

  • Paired with mozzarella, parmesan or baked brie
  • Spread on a grilled cheese
  • As a topper for delicious thumbprint cookies
  • Mixed into compound butter or alone on toast, biscuits, waffles and pancakes
  • As a flavor smear for prime rib or other slow roasted meats
  • As a part of a homemade vinaigrette

Good if you like heat

This is a good raspberry flavor with some heat. I gave to a friend and she enjoyed with her lunch meat, cheese and crackers platter.

Yum!

I am not a jelly person, but occasionally I like to have cream cheese and pepper jelly on crackers. This spread takes it to a whole new level of deliciousness.
