I imagine all kinds of uses for this amazing tasting dip, however I used it for the first time as a glaze on my corned beef this past St Patrick's Day. It was a perfect compliment for the beef, also it gave highlight to the side dishes of potatoes, carrots, and cabbage. Delish!
It works for all dishes.--pork, chicken and salmon are my favorites. I spread it all over and roast it in the oven. It is a superior spread. It is good also for dipping pretzels!
Pair this dip with pretzels and you've just made a simple snack and more classy hors d'oeuvres. I get lots of compliments when I serve this.
