I have been buying cases of this dipping mustard for 10 years . I don’t like the new formula - of you have the prior formula I will buy 2 cases.

What ever happened to the jar of raspberry Honey mustard it didn’t say pretzel dip. I believe it was heavenly ham that sold it. I used it for recipes for everything I need to find it now! It doesn’t have chunky things in it I’ve bought some of your other mustard it is not the raspberry honey mustard that we love!
For years my family of 25 have enjoyed your Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard. I generally order from your company 6 or more jars at a time and recently I ordered 6 again. Imagine my disappointment when I tasted the mustard from one of the new jars and realized or thought I must have ordered the wrong item because this NEW jar was not what I was used to and loved. Today I check your web page to see if I inadvertently ordered the wrong item and saw for the first time “New and Improved”.
I hope your company will return to the old recipe/formula because this “NEW and IMPROVED” one is NOT GOOD!!!
Please if you still have some of the old stock available please let me trade it for this new and awful product.

A VERY disappointed former customer.
After sharing the seven jars I always give to family and friends every one of them noticed the change and not one liked it. Now I am stuck with mustard no one wants. I certainly would appreciate a refund and maybe if the original recipe is produced I may try again. The color is horrible And I am not sure what the taste is. No one likes it. I also see in today’s email the price has gone up another dollar. I hope to hear from Rothschild with a refund. Please have a serious discussion with your personnel and chef to obtain the great quality your company has produced for years. Hope to hear from you concerning a refund.
