SRIRACHA TERIYAKI ZUCCHINI
A quick side dish that pairs well with fried rice, Teriyaki Glazed Salmon, and grilled chicken.

2 small or medium Zucchini, cut into long strips
2 tsp. Sesame oil
1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Sriracha Teriyaki Organic Sauce or Sriracha Teriyaki Sauce
2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
2 Green onions, sliced
Salt and pepper
InstructionsHeat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add zucchini to skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sauté until browned and tender. Remove from heat and drizzle Sriracha Teriyaki Sauce over zucchini. Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
