Mushroom Marsala Potatoes



When our savory Mushroom Marsala Sauce is added to creamy homemade mashed potatoes with a touch of salty Parmesan cheese you have a comforting side dish to pair with beef or pork roast for a delicious home-style meal. 



2 lbs. Yukon gold potatoes, peeled, boiled and drained
1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Mushroom Marsala Sauce
1 tsp. Sea salt
2 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Milk
2 Tbsp. Butter



Run potatoes through a potato ricer. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Serve as a side dish with beef roast, roasted chicken or pork loin.
