Little phyllo cups brimming with classic caprese flavors will be a welcome addition to any party or dining experience. To create these bite-sized appetizers place a cube of mozzarella into each cup and bake until melted. Top with Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip and a sprig of basil. If desired, a drizzle of balsamic reduction adds the perfect finishing touch.
15 mini Phyllo cups
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip
8 oz. Fresh mozzarella, cubed
2 sprigs Fresh minced basil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in each fillo shell. Bake for 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Top with Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip and fresh minced basil. Serve.
