WHISKEY PEPPER CREAMED SCAMPI

WHISKEY PEPPER CREAM ORGANIC SAUCE

1 1/2 lbs. Shrimp, jumbo            

1 bottle Robert Rothschild Farm Whiskey Pepper Cream Organic Sauce

1/4 cup Olive oil

1/4 cup Unsalted butter, divided

1/2 lb. Angel hair or linguine pasta (Cooked per instructions on pkg.)                

1 cup White wine

1 medium Shallot, diced             

3 Tbsp. Parsley, fresh and chopped

2 Tbsp. Lemon juice, fresh

 Sea salt, to taste

 

Heat a 12-inch skillet with olive oil and 1/2 of the butter. Add shallots and caramelize while stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Stir wine into hot pan to deglaze and simmer to reduce to 1/2 volume; about 2 minutes. Stir in Whiskey Pepper Cream Sauce and shrimp. Stir constantly until shrimp is cooked, about 5 minutes. Whisk butter, parsley and lemon juice into sauce. Season with salt and pepper; serve over pasta.
