Chili Cilantro Shrimp

Total time:  10 minutes, plus marinating

Servings:  4 – 6


1 lb.                 Shrimp, thawed, peeled and deveined

1 jar                 Robert Rothschild Farm Chili & Cilantro Dip


Place 1/2 jar of Chili & Cilantro Dip and shrimp into an airtight container. Toss to evenly coat shrimp. Refrigerate for 15 - 30 minutes. Skewer shrimp onto soaked bamboo skewers, and grill over medium heat, about 5 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Shrimp should be completely opaque and slightly pink. Serve with remaining Chili & Cilantro Dip for dipping.
