Pepper & Garlic Salmon

1 lb. Salmon
1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Organic Pepper & Garlic Dip
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Sear-N-Crust Rub
1 Lime, juiced
1/3 cup Cilantro, chopped



Season fish with rub and set aside. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes; add 2 tablespoons oil. Cook fish for 4 minutes per side or until done. If necessary, reduce heat slightly. Pour Organic Pepper & Garlic Dip over salmon. Finish with lime juice and top with cilantro.
