Ingredients
- 1 lb. Shrimp, peeled and deveined,
- 1 Tbsp. Salt,
- 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic,
- 1/2 Tbsp. Black pepper,
- 3 Tbsp. Olive oil, divided,
- 1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Pineapple Habanero BBQ Sauce,
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar,
- 1/2 cup Pineapple, chopped,
- 1 cup Pico de gallo
Instructions
In a large bowl, toss shrimp, half of oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Sauté shrimp over medium-high heat for 2 – 3 minutes, until done. Take shrimp out and set aside. In same skillet, add remaining oil and pineapple. Sauté for 1 minute. Add Pineapple Habanero BBQ Sauce and brown sugar, heat for 3 minutes. Serve sauce over shrimp and top with pico de gallo.
