Pineapple BBQ Shrimp



1 lb.                 Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp.            Salt
1/2 Tbsp.         Garlic
1/2 Tbsp.         Black pepper
3 Tbsp.            Olive oil, divided
1 cup               Robert Rothschild Farm Pineapple Habanero BBQ Sauce               
1 Tbsp.            Brown sugar              
1/2 cup            Pineapple, chopped
1 cup               Pico de gallo



In a large bowl, toss shrimp, half of oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Sauté shrimp over medium-high heat for 2 – 3 minutes, until done. Take shrimp out and set aside. In same skillet, add remaining oil and pineapple. Sauté for 1 minute. Add Pineapple Habanero BBQ Sauce and brown sugar, heat for 3 minutes. Serve sauce over shrimp and top with pico de gallo.
