
SPICY HAWAIIAN SHRIMP KEBOBS

Ingredients
8 Shrimp, jumbo size
1 Pineapple, diced large
1 Red bell pepper, large, diced
1 Sweet onion, large, diced
1 pint Tomatoes, grape or cherry
1 bottle Robert Rothschild Anna Mae’s Smoky Sweet Chipotle BBQ Sauce or
Anna Mae's Smoky Sweet BBQ Sauce
Garlic infused oil
Instructions
In sequence alternate shrimp, pineapple, bell pepper, onion and tomato. Brush with garlic infused oil. Place on grill at medium heat, turning frequently. Finish with brushing on the BBQ sauce.
