RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE PORK CHOPS
During the months of the year when you can't break out the grill use this recipe for oven-baked Raspberry Chipotle Pork Chops. And make sure to have plenty of our sweet, smoky, tangy Raspberry Chipotle Sauce on hand during grilling season as it compliments a variety of meats and veggies.
4 Pork chops, bone-in, thick cut
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper, freshly ground
1 3/4 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
Season pork with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large oven proof skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté pork about 5 minutes each side. Pour Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Chipotle Sauce over pork and place pan in oven. Finish in a 400 degrees F oven until cooked through.
