1 sheet Puff pastry, thawed
4 oz. Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Honey Mustard Dip
4 slices Prosciutto, thinly sliced
12 Asparagus spears
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Unfold the pastry on a lightly floured surface. Brush with the Raspberry Honey Mustard Dip. Top with 4 slices of prosciutto and then cut into 12 strips crosswise. Tightly wrap a pastry strip around each spear of asparagus, prosciutto side inward. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet, seam side down and bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve with remaining Raspberry Honey Mustard Dip.
