Ingredients
1 lb. Italian sausage, mild16 oz. Cream cheese
3/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Sauce
Tortilla chips
Instructions
Cook sausage in a medium saucepan over medium heat until browned, about 10 minutes. Turn heat to low and add cream cheese and Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Sauce. Cook until heated through and cream cheese melts, stirring to incorporate. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.

We love this recipe, but we use a jar of roasted red pepper and onion dip. It gives it a great sweet savory flavor!
I’ve made this countless times for a food demo and it is ALWAYS a huge hit! Serve with the big corn chip SCOOPS that are available. It’s so easy and always a crowd pleaser. You can’t go wrong!
