4 Jalapeño peppers, cut in half and seeded
2 Tbsp. Cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Garlic, chopped
1/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Red Pepper Jelly
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and garlic. Place jalapeño peppers on a baking sheet. Divide cream cheese mixture between jalapeño halves. Roast in oven 13 - 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with Red Pepper Jelly.
