Garlic Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

6 - 7 medium               Red potatoes                                      

1/2 - 1 jar                     Robert Rothschild Farm Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip                  

1/4 cup                        Heavy cream                                      

2 Tbsp.                        Butter                                     

1 tsp.                           Salt


Rinse and dice potatoes. Place in a medium pot and just cover in water. Bring water to a simmer and allow to simmer for 10 - 15 minutes, or until you can easily mash potatoes with a fork. Drain the potatoes, return to pan, and mash to desired consistency. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
