CREOLE TURKEY SLIDERS
Delicious mini sliders bursting with our tangy White Wine Creole Sauce. The creole sauce is combined into the burgers before grilling and stirred into mayonnaise for a superb turkey burger topping.
1 lb. Turkey, ground
1 bottle Robert Rothschild Farm White Wine Creole Sauce
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
Mix turkey meat with 2 tablespoons of White Wine Creole Sauce. Form into 6 slider patties. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add in olive oil. Sear prepared sliders for 3 – 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Mix mayonnaise with 1/4 cup creole sauce. Serve cooked slider on bun with cheese and creole/mayo mixture. Serves 4
