1 lb. Chorizo, cooked and sliced
1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Hatch Jalapeño Spread
12 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Milk
1 cup Provolone cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 heaping cups Sourdough bread, diced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, and then place into a slightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes or until set.
