No one will ever guess this make ahead Savory Raspberry Pineapple Coeur a la Creme takes just 10 minutes to prepare. Cream cheese and heavy cream are combined to create an amazing spread that’s doused in our Raspberry Pineapple Sauce and flecked with red pepper flakes.

12 ounces Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Heavy cream
1 Lemon, zested
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Pineapple Sauce
Raspberries and pineapple, fresh, to garnish
Parsley, fresh, chopped, to garnish (optional)
Assorted crackers



In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Add heavy cream, lemon zest and juice, salt and black pepper and beat until thoroughly combined. Line the sides of a 6" sieve with cheesecloth, overlapping all sides. Pour cheese mixture into sieve positioned over a small bowl and fold sides of cheesecloth over cheese mixture. Refrigerate overnight, or 8 hours. Turn cheese mixture out of sieve and onto serving plate. Pour Raspberry Pineapple Sauce over coeur a la creme and garnish with raspberries and pineapple. You may also garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve with crackers.
