Cherry Dessert Pizza


1 (16.5 oz.)     Sugar cookie dough, refrigerated

2 (8 oz.)          Cream cheese

1/2 cup            Sugar

1/4 tsp.            Vanilla extract

1 jar                 Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Cherry Merlot Dip


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a large baking sheet or 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray or butter. Press cookie dough into an 8-inch circle onto prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely. 


Microwave cream cheese 30 - 60 seconds, or until softened. In a large bowl, whisk softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture over cookie crust. Top with Hot Cherry Merlot Dip. Slice and serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
