Chili Chicken Lime Burgers



Chili Lime Chicken Burgers can be enjoyed year round because they're baked!

1 lb. Chicken, ground
1/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Chili Lime Sauce
1/4 cup Red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Cumin
4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
4 Hamburger buns
Zest of lime



Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, Robert Rothschild Farm Chili Lime Sauce, red onion, red pepper, garlic powder, cumin and zest of lime. Divide mixture into four equal pieces and form into patties. Place patties on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
