BBQ Mushroom Chicken



1 pkg. Chicken thighs
1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Pineapple Habanero BBQ Sauce               
3 Tbsp. Olive oil                      
2 Tbsp. Beef rub or seasoning
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 cup Mushrooms, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped



Season chicken with rub and oil; set aside. Heat pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 7 – 8 minutes per side or until done. If necessary, reduce heat slightly. Meanwhile in a small saucepan, sauté mushrooms and onions until tender. Add in Pineapple Habanero BBQ Sauce and honey; heat for 4 – 5 minutes. Serve over chicken.
