SAVORY MEDITERRANEAN DIP
Light and refreshing dip with a kick of pepper and onion.
4 oz. Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip
1/4 lb. Feta cheese
1/4 cup Plain yogurt
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 Pita or flat breads, toasted and cut into wedges
In a bowl, combine Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip, feta cheese and yogurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in a serving bowl with toasted bread wedges o serve with Robert Rothschild Farm Seal Salt Pita Chips.
