A tasty appetizer or entree with our Raspberry Salsa!
4 large Flour tortillas
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Salsa
1 Grilled chicken breast, sliced
Optional additions: favorite vegetables, sour cream, guacamole
Place one flour tortilla in a non-stick skillet on medium-low to medium heat. Spread generously with salsa and top with cheese. Add chicken. If desired add vegetables. Place second tortilla on top. Flip tortilla until both sides are lightly browned. Serve with sides if desired.
