PAN SEARED STEAK WITH RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE SAUCE
Our small batch, from scratch Raspberry Chipotle Sauce adds just the right amount of sweet, smoky, and tangy flavor to pan seared steak. You'll be replacing your go-to steak sauce after just one bite. Serve with steamed asparagus and a baked potato for a complete meal.
4 (8 oz.) Strip steaks
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 1/2 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
Sprinkle both sides of each steak with salt and pepper. Heat small amount of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 3 minutes on each side. Pour off extra oil and add sauce to pan. Scrape drippings from the bottom. Add steaks back into pan for 1 - 2 minutes turning to coat. Remove from heat and serve steak with sauce.
