BEEF TOURNEDOS WITH RASPBERRY PINEAPPLE HORSERADISH DEMI-GLACE
Beef tenderloin filets in a delicious demi-glace using our Raspberry Pineapple Sauce and Horseradish Sauce. Perfect for a stay-at-home date night dinner.

Ingredients2 Beef tenderloin filets (about 5 - 6 oz. each)
1 clove Garlic (crushed)
Cracked black pepper
1/2 cup Water
1.5 oz. Classic French demi-glace or 1 Tbsp. Better Than Bouillon Beef
2 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Horseradish Sauce
1 bottle Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Pineapple Sauce
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on the beef and rub with crushed garlic. Season both sides with cracked black pepper and a sprinkle of salt. In a skillet on medium heat, sear tournedos for 7 minutes on each side (turning occasionally to keep from burning).
In a small sauce pan, combine French demi-glace with 1/2 cup water and heat on low. Add Raspberry Pineapple Sauce and reduce in half, about 10 minutes. Turn off heat and add Horseradish Sauce and whisk until smooth. Allow the beef to rest for about 4 - 5 minutes and slice. Drizzle the sauce over the steak and serve.
