A home-style classic with a barbecue flavor boost from our Sweet & Spicy Bourbon BBQ Sauce. A delicious main course for a weekend dinner and even better as leftovers during the week...everyone loves meatloaf sandwiches.
1 1/2 lb. Ground beef, lean
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, dry
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
3/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Sweet & Spicy Bourbon BBQ Sauce, divided
1 Tbsp. Mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black pepper, freshly ground
1 large Egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the breadcrumbs, onion, 1/4 cup Sweet & Spicy Bourbon BBQ Sauce, and remaining ingredients except beef in a large bowl. Gently mix in beef being careful not to over handle.
Shape meat mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Spread remaining sauce over top of meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until a thermometer registers 160 degrees F. Let stand 10 minutes. Slice & serve.
