15 Mini fillo shells
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa
1 lb. Ground beef
1 tsp. Cumin
4 oz. jar Diced black olives
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and season with cumin. Drain. Place a small amount of ground beef into the bottom of a mini fillo shell. Top with Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa and diced olives. Garnish with a sprinkle of extra cumin.
